ARRIVAL TIME AT REYNOLDS TAVERN
We encourage patrons to arrive at 6:30pm in order to enjoy a pre-show dinner. All patrons should arrive no later than 7:00pm for the performance. The theatre reserves the right to deny late seating after 7:30pm.
THEATRE CANCELLATION POLICY
This is an outdoor venue. The performance may be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, patrons will be notified and automatically rescheduled for the next available Tuesday night performance. Patrons must notify the box office within 48 hours with a request to reschedule to an alternate date. One change is allowed. Additional changes will incur a per-ticket change fee. The value of the ticket never expires in the case of a rained-out or cancelled performance.
CTM holds the right to provide a substitution for any performance or production in our season, to substitute an understudy when necessary, and to cancel a performance due to covid-related illness when absolutely necessary.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
There are no refunds for cancelled performances, late arrivals or no-shows. There are no exchanges for no-shows. If unable to attend the performance, patrons should contact the box office 24 hours in advance of the performance to reschedule. Patrons requesting a change of date may do so for a fee.
