Agreement to these terms
By using ReynoldsTavern.org, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About our services
Reynolds Tavern offers multiple hospitality services, including afternoon tea & lunch, fine dining, pub fare, private events, and overnight rooms. Availability, menus, pricing, and hours may change.

Reservations, seating, and house policies
Dining reservations may be made through our reservation partner or by calling us.

Seating & group policy (important)

• Our site notes that our largest table seats up to 10 guests, and for parties larger than 10 you may be accommodated in a private dining room and should contact the Events Coordinator.
• We may not be able to combine tables or merge separate reservations to create larger groups.

Alcohol service
Guests ordering alcoholic beverages must present a valid form of ID; vertical IDs are not accepted.

Outside food/beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises.

Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is added to all tables of six or more guests.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Lower Courtyard. Pets are not permitted in Indoor Dining Rooms, the 1747 Pub, or the Upper Terrace.

Private events
Event information and inquiry forms are provided for planning purposes. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. For private events/groups, you may be directed to contact our Events Coordinator.

Overnight stays (inn rooms)
Overnight lodging reservations may be handled through a third-party booking platform linked from our site.
All rates, deposits, cancellation policies, and check-in/check-out rules are as presented during booking and/or in your confirmation.

Online shop orders
If you purchase products through our site:

• Prices, taxes, shipping, and fulfillment timelines are shown at checkout (or within product listings where applicable).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refund orders affected by errors.
• For returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, or missing items, contact us promptly with your order details.

Gift cards
Gift cards may be sold and fulfilled through third-party providers linked from our site (including physical and digital options).
Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and applicable law.

Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to Reynolds Tavern and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
