Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Jefferson Suite accessible by elevator?

No — the suite is on the second floor of the 1747 building and is accessed by stairs only. Please let us know if this is a concern and we can recommend another room.

How is this suite different from the Washington Suite?

Both are two-room suites with Colonial King beds. The Jefferson faces Church Circle (often livelier for late evenings); the Washington faces the State House and is the brightest room in the inn.

Can the sofa bed sleep a third guest?

The sitting room sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest age 12 or older. Please add this when booking.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable.
